3. Pricing, Payment, and Appointments

Pricing

  • All repair costs are quoted upfront with flat-rate pricing and no hidden fees.
  • A diagnostic fee may apply and will be clearly disclosed before we begin work. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is typically credited toward the total cost.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit/debit cards.
  • We do not collect payment information through our website.

Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 2 hours in advance when possible.

4. Warranties and Liability

Repair Warranty

  • Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on parts and labor for the work performed.
  • Warranty details will be provided on your invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts under normal use.

Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality service, but repairs are performed on a best-effort basis using professional skill and care.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, appliance age, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
  • Grant safe access to the appliance (e.g., clear pathways, secure pets)
  • Be present during service or authorize a representative over 18
  • Follow any post-repair care instructions
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns after service
